3. Client Responsibilities

Health and Vaccinations: You must provide accurate and complete information about your pet(s), including health and vaccination records. DS Kennels reserves the right to refuse service if health and vaccination requirements are not met.
Behavioral Requirements: Pets must be well-behaved and socialized. Aggressive or dangerous behavior may result in denial of service.
Timely Pickup and Payment: Clients are expected to pick up their pets promptly and complete payments by the time specified.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least [time frame, e.g., 24 hours] prior to the booking start time to qualify for a refund. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

DS Kennels strives to provide a safe environment for all pets. However, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with pet boarding. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DS Kennels is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your pet while in our care, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
